This 112-page rulebook includes new rules, amended army lists, and more lore. It features a Halfling background and army list as well as a new evil army background and army list. The update also come with a new campaign to battle through entitled "A Storm in the Shires". Additionally, the rulebook has more information on magic, heroes, and artifacts for players to delve through.
