Z2 will publish the graphic novel in Fall 2023 in three different formats: As a standard hardcover with an MSRP of $29.99; as a deluxe, oversized, slipcased hardcover plus three art prints and a “Scotch Oil” hat, ink pen, and drink coasters, with an MSRP of $99.99; and as a Platinum Edition, limited to 100 copies, with the same format and extras as the deluxe edition plus a bookplate hand-signed by Kevin Farley and an MSRP of $199.99.

Comedian and former Saturday Night Live cast member Chris Farley will be profiled in a new graphic novel, Growing Up Farley, co-written by Frank Marraffino and Farley’s brother Kevin Farley, with art by Ryan Dunlavey. The graphic novel will be published by Z2 Comics and focuses on the Farleys' early years, growing up in Madison, Wisconsin, in the 1970s and performing with local groups and later with the Second City troupe in Chicago. Chris Farley died in 1997 at the age of 33.
