IDW Publishing will launch Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin II - Re-Evolution, with a new generation of Ninja Turtles, in December 2023, the company announced.  The series will follow new Ninja Turtles Yi, Uno, Odyn, and Moja, guided by Casey Marie Jones, the daughter of April O’Neil and the late Casey Jones.

TMNT: The Last Ronin II - Re-Evolution will be co-written by Kevin Eastman and Tom Waltz, illustrated by Ben Bishop, Esau Escorza, and Isaac Escorza, colored by Luis Antonio Delgado, and lettered by Shawn Lee.

The collected hardcover edition of the first The Last Ronin series remains on the graphic novel bestseller charts a year after release for both comic stores (see "Top 20 Graphic Novels – June 2023") and book channel (see "Top 20 Adult Graphic Novels").

The five-issue Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin—The Lost Years is currently running (see "Eastman and Waltz Spin More Stories"), with the final issue due in August 2023.
