Hollywood news continues to trickle in, and it's time for a round-up!

CD Projekt RED has partnered with Anonymous Content, the studio responsible for The Last Days of Ptolemy Gray starring Samuel L. Jackson, to develop a Cyberpunk 2077 live action project.  The new project will be set in the world of the video game (see "'Cyberpunk 2077"), and is in very early stages of development. Currently, the studio is looking for a screenwriter to create a brand new story for the project.

Walt Disney Pictures VFX workers have voted unanimously to unionize with International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE), according to Variety.  The 13 to 0 vote to unionize comes at a time of heightened union activity in Hollywood.  VFX workers at Marvel Studios recently voted to unionize, and both writers and actors went out on strike this summer, with actors still on the picket lines (see "SAG-AFTRA Strike").

Spy X Family Season 2 began streaming on Crunchyroll on Saturday, October 7.  This is the first new Spy x Family anime content since the release of the second half of Season 1 last fall.  New subtitled and dubbed episodes will premiere each week after broadcast in Japan.

Marvel Studios released a new trailer for The Marvels (see below).  The first official trailer was released in July (see "Marvels’ Trailer").  This movie will hit theaters of November 10, 2023 (see "Best in Shows -- 2023").

Walt Disney Animation Studios revealed an official trailer for Wish (see below).  Wish is their newest animated feature (see "When You 'Wish'"), and will arrive on in theaters on November 23, 2023.

Adult Swim released an official trailer for Rick and Morty Season 7 (see below).  It will premiere on October 15, 2023 (see "S7 Gets a Date").
