Marvel has released Alex Ross’s main cover for the first issue of Avengers: Twilight, by Chip Zdarsky and Daniel Acuña. The series, which was first announced at New York Comic Con, is set after the dramatic disappearance of the superheroes. The Avengers are scattered, and Steve Rogers is no longer Captain America, but when a new threat arises, he must find a way to fight it. The six-issue miniseries will launch on January 17, 2024, with the main cover by Ross.

Marvel also announced big changes for the X-Men at NYCC (see “Three New X-Men Series Announced”).
