It's time for a Halloween week round-up of showbiz news!

Daredevil: Born Again has a new showrunner and creative team, according to Variety.  Marvel Studios is bringing in Dario Scardapane, writer and director of The Punisher series for Netflix, as well as Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead, who directed on Moon Knight and Loki Season 2, to finish up the Season 1 for the series after Marvel recently let go of the previous creative team (see "'Born Again' Unloads Writers and Directors").

Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom's released date has been pushed back, according to Variety.  The film has been bumped back two days, from December 20 to December 22, 2023 (see "Best in Shows -- 2023").  The film will now have a traditional three-day weekend opening.

Richard Moll, best known as Aristotle Nostradamus "Bull" Shannon on Night Court, has passed away, according to The Hollywood Reporter.  To Batman fans, Moll is also known as the iconic voice of Two-Face/Harvey Dent in Batman: The Animated Series (see "'Batman: The Animated Series'") as well as in later Batman animations and video games. He also voiced Scorpion on Spider-Man: The Animated Series, and made appearances in Babylon 5 and the pilot of the Highlander series as Slan Quince.  He was 80 years old.

Lionsgate has officially signed Henry Cavill to star in the Highlander reboot, according to Deadline.  Cavill had been in talks with Lionsgate to do this project since 2021 (see "Henry Cavill in 'Highlander'"), and now, he is officially on-board.  The movie will be helmed by John Wick director Chad Stahelski, and they are looking to start production in 2024.

Amazon MGM Studios is developing a sequel to Samaritan, according to The Hollywood Reporter.  The first movie, based on 2014's Samaritan comic book by Mythos, starred Sylvester Stallone, who will be back to star and produce the sequel.  Amazon also recently renewed the superhero series Gen V for Season 2 (see "'Gen V' Renewed;").

Disney+ released a trailer for the upcoming Doctor Who 60th Anniversary Specials (see below).  These three original specials were teased back in January 2023 (see "Teaser for 'Doctor Who'"), and will officially start streaming on November 25, 2023.
