In this expansion for Thunder Road: Vendetta (see "'Thunder Road: Vendetta'"), players make it to Free City in time for the Carnival of Chaos participate in Turbo Tina's destruction derby. The expansion features a brand-new circular arena board for the center of the table as well as a new crew of cars to add a fifth player to the game. It also has new tricky party favors or powerful super-weapons for players to use in an effort to shoot and slam their way to victory.
Alongside the base game, Carnival of Chaos supports two to five players.
