The new publisher, which will be helmed by former BOOM! Studios President of Publishing and Marketing Filip Sablik, former IDW Editor-in-Chief Jamie Rich, and comics writer and artist Jeremy Haun, was announced in August (see “‘Scott Pilgrim’ Producer Launches Comic Publisher”) with no details other than its existence. The name was revealed at a launch party at New York Comic Con, and the company’s social media accounts on Bluesky, Instagram, and Twitter/X describe it as “a new comic book and graphic novel publisher” coming in 2025.
