WizKids will release Dungeons & Dragons Onslaught: Expansion – Ancient Construct, a new version of the figure and variations originally released as a Storyline Organized Play Pack, for retail sale in December 2024. The Storyline OP Pack 1 - Ancient Construct was released over a year ago, in October 2023 (see "Onslaught OP Kits").
This retail version of the figure has new silver paint and coloring (OP version was gold). In addition to the fully painted base miniature, the pack includes heads, arms, and accessories that can be used to create six construct variants: the Grappler, the Defender, the Arbalist, the Soldier, the Mage and the Apothecary. One variant can be created at a time. The pack also includes 1 Combat Dial Character Card, 3 Double-Sided Ancient Construct Variant Cards, and 4 tokens. All pieces fit the original OP gold version, so parts can be interchanged to make multi-colored variants for those that have both figures.
The figure allows players to play the storyline scenarios, explore upcoming scenarios featuring the Construct, or just add the figure to their regular games of Onslaught.
The figure is 5" tall, 2.75" long, and 4.25" wide. MSRP is $39.99.
