Asmodee will release Altered – Trial by Frost, the next booster product for the Altered TCG, on January 31.  The set will include over 250 new cards, including new landscapes, strategies, and challenges. One Unique card is guaranteed in every 8 booster packs.  Packs are constructed so that only four packs per player are needed for Draft play formats, and 7 packs per player for Sealed play formats.

Players will face the dangers of the Cais Adarra mountain range, shrouded in eternal winter, as they try to make their way to the heart of the mountain and find the answers encased in ice.

MSRP for the 13-card booster packs is $3.99; Booster Displays are 36 packs at $143.64.

The first booster set was released to the trade in boosters and starters in September (see "’Altered TCG’ Heads to Retail"), after a big ($6.7 million) Kickstarter raise.
