Bandai will release a Fullmetal Alchemist booster set for Union Arena TCG in Summer 2025.  The Fullmetal Alchemist property originated in a manga series in the 00s and was made into two anime series and two anime features.  The manga, featuring a steampunk setting, is one of the best-selling manga series of all time, with sales driven by the availability of the anime series via streaming continuing into the current decade (see “Streaming and Comics”).

The Fullmetal Alchemist set will be available in starters and boosters.  Union Arena Trading Card Game: Fullmetal Alchemist Booster Pack will include cards from a set of 100 cards (35 Common, 35 Uncommon, 18 Rare, 12 Super Rare) and 6 Action Point cards, with alternate art and/or design cards from those types.

Union Arena Trading Card Game: Fullmetal Alchemist Starter Decks will include a 50-card pre-constructed deck, with 3 Action Point cards and playsheet.

Street date is July 25, 2025, about a month after the release of Jujutsu Kaisen, Vol. 2 (see “’Jujutsu Kaisen, Vol. 2’ Unveiled”).
