Dark Horse Comics is ending their relationship with Neil Gaiman, including the comic adaptation of Anansi Boys (see "’Anansi Boys’ to Comics"), which is canceled. "Dark Horse takes seriously the allegations against Neil Gaiman, and we are no longer publishing his works," the company said in a social media post, "Confirming that the Anansi Boys comic series and collected volume have been cancelled."
Seven issues of the eight-issue Anansi Boys comic series have been released; #7 was released earlier this month.
A new round of allegations about Gaiman, which he denied, appeared in a recent article in New York Magazine, including allegations of assault and having sex in the same room as his young child (see "Gaiman Denies"). A series of media adaptations of Gaiman works have also been canceled.
