Paizo, Inc. unveiled Pathfinder: Battlecry!, a new rulebook for Pathfinder RPG 2E, which will hit stores on July 31, 2025.

The nations of the Inner Sea have become engaged in a war that is destined to change the Pathfinder setting forever. The new rulebook offers players a complete explanation of war in the Pathfinder universe and includes two new war-themed character classes: a commander and an indomitable guardian. The book has rules for raising undead soldiers and wielding a personal siege weapon. It also has a new jotunborn ancestry, more magic weapons, and rules for running combat alongside troops that are under a player's command.  

This book will come in sketch cover and collector's edition variants. The standard edition will retail for $64.99.

Paizo Inc. will also release Shining Kingdoms, a new Pathfinder Lost Omens setting book (see "'Pathfinder Lost Omens' Setting Book Incoming").
