Ghost Galaxy previewed Lord of the Rings: The Confrontation, an ultimate edition of the classic Reiner Knizia board game, at GAMA Expo 2025.

This classic game of strategy and cunning was last printed in 2013 by Fantasy Flight (see "'Lord of the Rings: The Confrontation'").  The new ultimate edition comes by way of a partnership between Ghost Galazy, Middle-earth Enterprises, and Sophisticated Games.  The standalone game is set to be crowd-funded on Gamefound later in 2025.

Lord of the Rings: The Confrontation is for two players, ages 14 and up, and plays in 30 minutes.
