Variety reports that horror scribe extraordinaire Steve Niles has teamed with darkside rocker Rob Zombie to form Creep Entertainment, a production company dedicated to producing horror films.  The new company will begin with three comic book projects which will eventually make their way on to the big screen, including The Nail, which will be published by Dark Horse Comics; Bigfoot, which IDW will release; and Lords of Salem, which will be a combined music and comic book offering.  Niles and Zombie collaborated on the writing of all three projects.  The Nail features a satanic 1970s motorcycle gang, while Lords of Salem is about a satanic band.  Zombie plans on putting a band together and writing original music for Lords of Salem so that a music disk can be released at the same time as the comic book.

Steve Niles has already sold four horror projects to various Hollywood studios (see 'Steve Niles Sells Another Comic To Hollywood'), while Rob Zombie wrote and directed House of 1000 Corpses for New Line Cinema.
