GKIDS and Fathom Events are partnering on Studio Ghibli Fest, a six film series spotlighting director Hayao Miyazaki’s acclaimed anime films.

The series, which runs monthly at select theaters around the country, starts June 25-26 with My Neighbor Totoro. It continues with Kiki's Delivery Service (July 23-24), Castle in the Sky (August 27-28), Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind (September 24-25), Spirited Away (October 29-30), and Howl’s Moving Castle (November 26-27).

Tickets can be purchased online at the Fathom Events website starting April 28.

Viz recently released The Art of Castle in the Sky, the latest in their line of Studio Ghibli art books (see “Viz Announces Amano, Ghibli Art Books”).   Bluefin imports Ghibli merch (see “Bluefin’s Japanese Import Span Japanese, American IP”).
