The Dune movie is set to come out on October 22 (see "Best in Shows - 2021"). It was rescheduled from its 2020 date, due to the COVID-19 pandemic (see "Coronavirus Shuffling"). This film was directed by Denis Villeneuve, and features Dave Bautista, Josh Brolin, Jason Mamoa, Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar Isaac, Javier Bardem, Chang Chen, Timothee Chalamet, and Charlotte Rampling, all of which were showcased in new character posters (see Gallery).

They dropped the first trailer for this movie in September 2020 (see "'Dune' Trailer"), and the new trailer landed earlier today (see below). The Dune movie is also tied to multiple new licensed products across the games industry (see "Five New Dune Games") and the comics industry spectrum (see "'Dune' Prequel" and also, "'Graphic Novel Treatment by Abrams ComicArts").
