This set was first teased back at Gen Con 2023, along with the rest of the 2024 release schedule (see "2024 'Magic: The Gathering' Releases"). Little is known about this new booster set, other than it is based in a frontier fantasy world and will feature Western-themed versions of infamous villains from the Magic: The Gathering Multiverse. The prereleases for this set will begin on April 12, 2024, and the official release date is set for April 19, 2024. WotC plans to release more information about the set at their upcoming MagicCon: Chicago event (see "MagicCon Chicago Location").
