DC Comics is bringing back the Vertigo imprint, which it will use for creator-owned works, DC President Jim Lee announced at New York Comic Con. DC shuttered the brand, under which some of its most successful graphic novel titles had been sold for years, in 2019 (see "DC To Abandon Vertigo").
The first publication under the mark will be a collection of the first three sold-out issues of The Nice House by the Sea, by James Tynion IV and Alvaro Martinez Bueno. The comics were originally released under DC's Black Label imprint, which designates mature readers content.
