Dynamite announced Warren Ellis as writer for its James Bond 007 comic, a licensing deal with Atari, Garth Ennis’s new creator-owned series A Train Called Love, a retrospective art book of artist Jose “Pepe” Gonzalez, and the art team on Aliens/Vampirella.

Matthew Vaughn’s surprisingly successful film adaptation of Dave Gibbons and Mark Millar’s The Secret Service comic book series tops an interesting week of releases that also include the teen comedy The DUFF , and a host of TV offerings including the first season of Guillermo Del Toro’s The Strain , a complete hi-def collection of Gerry Anderson’s Thunderbirds, and a full slate of anime.
