The escapades of Usagi Yojimbo and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will be collected into one volume this fall. Usagi Yojimbo / Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Complete Collection trade paperback gathers together three decades of adventures starring the rabbit ronin and the heroes on the half shell.  The 132-page volume will be in stores on September 26 for an MSRP of $17.99.

Usagi Yojimbo / Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collects "Turtle Soup and Rabbit Stew," "The Crossing," "The Treaty," "Shades of Green," and the recent full-color tale "Namazu," as well as bonus material from the studio of Usagi creator Stan Sakai.

Sakai’s Usagi Yojimbo and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, which were created by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird, have both been potent franchises since their inception in 1984.  TMNT continues to inspire movies, toys, comics, and animated series, the last of which has guest starred the leporid samurai.  TMNT will return in a new animated series from Nickelodeon this fall (see “Nickelodeon Unveils Rebooted 'TMNT'”), and Usagi Yojimbo is in development for TV (see “Usagi Yojimbo in Development for TV”).  Both Top Shelf Publishing (see “Top Shelf's Summer 2018 Releases”) and IDW Publishing have upcoming TMNT releases (see “IDW Announces Three Licensed Miniseries at Wondercon”).
