Black Widow

This will be the first Phase Four MCU film to hit the screen, and its original rescheduling from May 2020 to November in the coronavirus shuffle led to moves for all the other Phase Four films. Now it's been delayed again, to May 2021, around a year after the originally scheduled date, again triggering a string of other moves. In addition to Scarlett Johansson as Natasha Romanoff, the film will star David Harbour as Alexei aka The Red Guardian, Florence Pugh as Yelena, O-T Fagbenle as Mason, and Rachel Weisz as Melina (see "Trailers for 'Black Widow").
Space Jam: A New Legacy

Warner Bros. booked this date for the sequel to the Michael Jordan-Bugs Bunny live-action / animation hybrid (see "'Space Jam,'"). The film will star LeBron James, and will be produced by Black Panther filmmaker Ryan Coogler.

The 25th feature installment of 007 will see Daniel Craig reprising his role as the iconic spy. It will be directed by Cary Fukunaga, the first time an American director has helmed an Eon-produced Bond film. Spider-Man Homecoming 3

Moved to this date from July 2021 in the coronavirus shuffle. Disney cancelled the third Homecoming movie after a split with Sony. Later, Disney re-scheduled it for this release date after the two studios negotiated an agreement that allowed for Kevin Feige to remain on creative point and Tom Holland to play Spider-Man (see "Sony, Disney Reconcile"). In 2020, Disney gave up their Avatar 2 slot in December, and Sony pushed this movie back to fill that slot (see "'Spider-Man' Snaps Up 'Avatar 2' Slot").

Delayed around a year with multiple date changes, this prequel feature is set to explore the origins of the Kingsman organization, and will span the years 1900 through WWII. This movie was pushed back because of the COVID-19 pandemic to this date (see "More 'Kingsman' Projects").

Warner Bros. announced a May 2021 date for Matrix 4 in August of 2019 (see "'New 'Matrix' Film" and moved the release date to 2022 after the film’s production was shut down by the coronavirus crisis. The release date was then pushed forward to December 2021 after other Warner Bros. movies were coronavirus shuffled again.
