Mortal Kombat Movie

Warner Bros. and MGM had originally scheduled the Sesame Street movie starring Anne Hathaway for this date, but then moved the Mortal Kombat movie up from March 2021 to this date.

Walt Disney Studios claimed this date, along with several others, on May 7, 2019 as part of an extensive scheduling slate for Marvel Studios, 20th Century Fox, Walt Disney Animation Studios, Pixar, and Star Wars films (see “Disney Reserves Dates for Three New 'Star Wars' Features”).This date was chosen for Fox's animated adaptation of Noelle Stevenson's medieval-fantasy webcomic. Before the Disney merger, it was scheduled for Feb. 14, 2020.

Raya and the Last Dragon

Disney announced this original film for November 2020, then moved it when Soul was pushed back to that month in the coronavirus shuffle.

This Spider-Man spinoff from Sony Pictures will star Jared Leto as the Marvel vampire antihero.
